We begin with a personal consultation to discuss your requirements and understand your vision for your bespoke furniture.
Whether you have a clear idea of what you want or need guidance in the design process, we're here to help. We cater to clients with all levels of design experience.
Sketch Proposal and Estimate
Bringing Your Ideas to Life
Once we have a good understanding of your needs, we provide a sketch proposal and a detailed estimate. Upon approval of the estimate, we move into the detailed design phase. This includes:
Detailed Drawings: We create elevation drawings and/or 3D visualisations to showcase the finished product.
Physical Models: For more complex projects, we can create physical models to provide a tangible representation of the design. Please note that model making is a chargeable service and is typically included in the overall project cost.
We encourage you to discuss this option with us during the consultation phase.
Our customers say . . .
"We are enjoying the benefits of your workmanship. We think you’ve done a great job, Mark, and would gladly recommend your work if you need us to do so anytime."

"I wanted to write to let you know how pleased we are with the dining room cabinets. You did an excellent job, and we are delighted with the result."

Workshop Manufacture
Crafting Your Bespoke Furniture
Once you have approved the detailed design for your furniture, a deposit is required to initiate the manufacturing process. This ensures we can allocate the necessary resources and begin crafting your bespoke piece. Our payment terms are structured to accommodate projects of varying scales.
For larger contracts, we require a 33% deposit upon placement of the order. This is then followed by stage payments throughout the duration of the project, which will be outlined and agreed upon beforehand. For smaller contracts, a deposit is also required, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the finished furniture.
Upon receipt of the deposit, we will schedule workshop time dedicated to your project and confirm all delivery details, ensuring a smooth and timely process from start to finish.
Professional Installation
Minimal Disruption, Maximum Care
We complete as much work as possible in our workshop to minimise disruption to your home during installation. Our experienced installers take the utmost care to ensure a smooth and efficient process, minimising mess and inconvenience.
